According to Gogonte Obediah who posted it on Facebook, the fake doctor has perfected ways of swindling people by giving them tales of woes.
Obadiah wrote that "There is a certain young man called Kelvin Ndukwe who claims to be a medical Doctor posted to the University of Nigeria Teaching Hospital, Enugu for his housemanship and has been defrauding people, especially NYSC members with pathetic stories of being an orphan and needs help.
"According to an NYSC member posted to the Enugu State ministry of Justice, Kelvin Ndukwe came into their apartment telling them that he was posted to the University of Nigeria Teaching Hospital, Enugu for his housemanship and that he was stranded so he needed a place to stay.
"They agreed to let him in and they started living together with three NYSC members in the apartment,
Kelvin had already told them that his parents were dead and that he had nobody to take care of him so the compassionate young NYSC members decided to help him out with feeding and accommodation pending when he would get paid his allowances as a medical doctor unknown to them that he was a fraudster.
"They lived together for some months and they started suspecting that he was lying to them so they started investigation to find out who he really was,
They went to the University of Nigeria Teaching Hospital, Enugu to make enquiry about him but nobody knew him there because he was not a staff at the hospital.
"Kelvin Ndukwe succeeded in tricking an elderly woman into adopting him since he has no parents and the woman accepted, then Kelvin started obtaining money by tricks from this woman for his medical examination at the hospital which was all lies.

"Kelvin decided to finish up his business by stealing ATM cards, NYSC ID card and some amounts of money of one of the NYSC members as well as the large amount of money he obtained from the lady he had asked to adopt him and ran away.
"So far Kelvin has been at large and has refused to pick calls put across to his phone and he is most likely looking for his next victims," he said.
