Funky Uncle Whose Family Members Thought Was Dead Returns Home After 36-Years (Photos)

According to the person in the know who shared the photos, Uncle Ngu Nebuchadnezzar whom his family had long forgotten thinking he was dead or lost abroad finally returned home after 36 years in Russia.
