New photos of the sum of allegedly uncovered at a bunker belonging to the former Group Managing Director of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), Dr. Andrew Yakubu, have surfaced.
According to Sahara Reporters, operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) on 3rd February, 2017, found the stash at a facility in the slums of Sabon Tasha area of Kaduna, allegedly belonging to Dr. Yakubu. The said sums are $9,772,800 (Nine Million, Seven Hundred and Seven Two Thousand, Eight Hundred United States Dollars) and £74,000 (Seventy Four Thousand Pound Sterling) cash.
