Here’s a photo shared on Instagram by Instablog of a lady who was creative enough to make a “dress” from a polythene bag.
Mixed reactions of course have trailed her “Invention”.
Someone on Instagram said: “Don’t mistake Poverty for creativity”
Another said: “Madness in creativity”
While another was so sure the lady in into drugs: “Whatever she’s smoking is harmful to her brain ..she needs help”
